June was a Blast! Spreading Lipedema Awareness Behind the Scenes

June was an incredible month for myself , my family, my friends and the Lipedema community.

I spread a lot of Lipedema Awareness behind the scenes and lent my support to others involved with Lipedema and its care.

My son graduated high school and had his 18th Birthday. We were so proud and thrilled to celebrate him and all of his accomplishments.

My besties daughter got married and I was so honored to be there to witness that beautiful moment and support them both. (I’m not crying your crying)

And, I co-chaired a metabolic advisory committee meeting for a pharmaceutical company I have been consulting with since last fall!

The subject even more close to my heart and my lived experience is that of metabolic issues so I knew I had to stand in my power by stepping out a classic stylish look that made me feel like I was in a Manhattan high rise board room to deliver my presentation.
