Tirz Journey Update

This was the 5th ♀️ Recording directly in Reels and IG was not playin. SMH Does this happen when you record, too?

Bariatric peeps…When do you take your chewable iron? I take mine at night after i have brushed my teeth and ever since I started my Tirz jourmey in May, once a month I wake up with a black tongue. Have you experienced this?

Glad to see a half pound loss. Glad to be consistently back on my shot schedule.
